Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Delays
Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tanglewoodapparel.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
International Customers
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
